Maya is absolutely amazingly. She writes us a customized family meal plan that includes extra servings so you only have to cook 3 or 4 days a week! That is totally key for busy families. Maya is also very well versed in food allergies and dietary preferences. Our family is dairy free, gluten free, with a mainly plant based diet and she was able to deliver super yummy recipes that even my pickiest of eaters would enjoy!
