I will bring all the ingredients to prepare your meals and prepare them using safety and sanitation standards in the safety of your home. At the end of the cooking session, I will package meals per your instructions and label them with complete heating instructions for your convenience. I will leave your kitchen clean and orderly, taking my equipment with me (typically my chef knife set).
My session fee includes personalized Recipe Research and Menu Development, same-day shopping to ensure the freshest ingredients possible (cost of groceries extra), traveling to and from your home, meal preparation, packaging, labeling and storing of meals, heating and serving instructions and kitchen clean-up (which includes wiping down counters, washing all dishes used, and taking out trash-recycling-compost if applicable.) *
As mentioned in our meeting, on cook days, I consider your kitchen to be my office. In order avoid any mishaps by way of distractions, I request that you allow me to perform my services without interruption as much as possible. If you would like me to arrive early and spend a brief visiting or answer questions, I will be happy to make arrangements to do so. *
Venmo Spice heating
Must have kitchen equipment-large mixing bowls, large wooden or plastic cutting board (I bring my own chef knife), dish towels, spoons/spatulas, storage containers, veggie peeler, at least 2 sheet trays with sides, baking dishes like 9×13 casserole dish, Himalayan pink salt, olive oil/avocado oil/coconut oil, cleaning products (dish soap, disinfecting spray, paper towels). *

Please, understand that as a rule, I do not share my recipes with clients. All recipes are property of 5 Spice Chef. *
Based on client's taste preferences, dietary restrictions/allergies, menu format, and kitchen capabilities, I draft a menu for the first session and subsequent weeks. You can and should provide feedback/make changes and requests as necessary. The week's meals are discussed in accordance with dietary needs and personal tastes. *

All fees are payable on cook date via Venmo or Paypal. Groceries must be reimbursed as well (if applicable.) Expanded Culinary Session — $450 Includes 4 entrées and 4 sides, serving up to 4 guests. Additional Guest Service — $400 Customized for 5 guests, includes 3 entrées and 3 sides. So that I may work safely, please make arrangements to have the kitchen area clean and to be used on my scheduled cook day. Please, leave containers ready to use in the agreed location. I will charge a fee of $100 per hour for cleaning your kitchen prior to our scheduled cook day including washing containers not consumed from the prior cook day. Make arrangements for children and pets to be away from the kitchen if necessary. *
If you need to skip a week due to travel or other obligations, please inform us of any dates far in advance as possible and no later than one week before the next service date. *
If your cook day falls on a holiday or I choose to take vacation, I will make arrangements at one month prior to your cook day for an appropriate alternative date. *
Cancellation Policy: It is necessary that cancellation requests be submitted at least one week prior to your cook day. Because cook dates for regular clients are scheduled weeks in advance, I cannot guarantee a rescheduled day before your next scheduled cook day. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled session, a $150 cancellation fee applies; cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled session will result in a $300 cancellation fee (or full session price whichever is greater).
